At La Escuelita, we perceive children as capable people willing to participate in all aspects of life. We value their spontaneous activity and trust their competence.
Observing and reflecting is a key aspect of the work we do. This practice allows us to understand each child’s needs and interests and prepare accordingly. We provide a highly curated space, where there are plenty of opportunities for children to explore, understand themselves and their relationships with their environment, objects and others.
We like to think of the children as the directors and main actors in their own movies. We adults are expert set designers!
